Needlepoint canvases with embellishments
Many canvases in Pepita's line come with an array of different embellishments that add
flair and originality to the finished project.
Some of these are one-of-a-kind and can transform a work from looking nice to truly astonishing.
Look for the "Embellishment pack" banner on many of our product pages.
That means the item comes with a set of embellishments. Prices for embellishment packs
vary, please check each individual product page.
The different types of embellishments include:
- Ribbons or trim, worked into the stitching
- Beads or crystals, can be sewn or glued to the stitched canvas
- Buttons
- Brads, such as nailheads for furniture depictions
- Miniature wood cutouts
- Dollhouse accessories, such a miniature paintings or window curtains
- Many more miscellaneous types of embellishments
Some of the products in the "I CAN Needlepoint" line, including headbands, barrettes and ponytail holders,
come with embellishments right in the package, and is included in the price.
Embellishments add to the excitement and appeal of any canvas, and attracts more customer
attention than conventional canvases. Needlepointers that buy an embellishment pack with
their canvas often experience greater satisfaction with their purchase and are more likely to
become repeat customers.
Embellishments will often come already attached to the canvas before shipping.
In many cases, special instructions are included for the proper handling and
application of the embellishments. For example, you may need to remove the
embellishment before beginning to stitch, and then re-attach after completion.
Other embellishments will come in a ziplock packet.
