Wearable Needlepoint Kit Features
A project you can finish in a few days, the Threadband line of Needlepoint Kits by Pepita Needlepoint provides
you with everything you need to create a beautiful and stylish hair accessory.
It includes a length of needlepoint
canvas, Zweigart Mono Deluxe White Cotton 13-mesh, with the outline of the stitching area
marked out; a high-quality white plastic bone, to form the core of the piece;
a #20 DMC needle; an ensemble of DMC #3 Perle Cotton thread skeins; and a stitch guide for
the pattern as pictured. To finish the headband, all you need is a glue gun. Just follow the clear
instructions with color illustrations included in the package.
The Headband Kits also come with a 6-inch adhesive-backed strip of Black Velcro Hook,
for attaching to the inside of the headband; and a length of Black Grosgrain Ribbon, for finishing the two ends
of the headband.
Ponytail holder and barrette kits come with the hair clips or bands you attach to the back of the piece.
